How long does shipping take?

We strive to keep shipping as straightforward as possible. All shipping charges will be clearly laid out at checkout.

I'd like to return or replace my order

Damaged or Defective Items: Submit complaints with photos/videos to our email within 7 days for a refund or reshipment.

Incorrect Items: If the wrong product is received, send evidence within 7 days for a refund or replacement.

Lost Shipments: If tracking halts for 30+ days, a full refund is issued. Invalid tracking numbers should be reported promptly.

Incorrect Address/Unclaimed Packages: No refunds or reshipments if incorrect details were provided.

Change-of-Mind Returns: Customers must cover return shipping. Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery. Refunds are issued upon receipt at Tradelle’s facility.
